The Challenge

The brickwork on the building had become discoloured and tired-looking due to a build-up of dirt and biological growth. The surrounding block paving was heavily affected by moss and surface contamination, creating a potential slip hazard for staff and visitors.

The client had been trying for some time to find a contractor who could deliver a professional, well-priced and non-disruptive solution to restore the appearance and safety of the site.

Works also needed to be completed out of hours to avoid disruption to their day-to-day business operations.


Our Solution

Rokjet was appointed to carry out a full exterior restoration of the building and surrounding entrance areas.

We used low-pressure steam cleaning to carefully remove dirt, biological growth and staining from the brickwork without damaging the masonry or mortar joints.

The block paving and entrance areas were then deep cleaned to remove moss, surface contamination and organic build-up, restoring both the appearance and safety of the site.

All works were delivered out of hours, ensuring zero disruption to the client’s working day. Our self-contained equipment also meant that no on-site water supply was required.


The Result

The building façade was fully restored, transforming the tired, discoloured brickwork into a clean and refreshed external appearance.

The block paving and tiled entrance areas were left clean and free from moss, significantly improving slip resistance and pedestrian safety.
