With high footfall outside the premises and a prominent street-facing entrance, the condition of the external areas was a key part of creating a positive first impression for customers.

The Challenge

The footpaths outside the restaurant were heavily soiled and affected by extensive chewing gum contamination. In addition, the entrance steps, staff parking area and bin stores required deep cleaning and sanitisation prior to opening.

The client needed all external areas restored to a high standard, with works completed early in the morning to avoid disruption to the public, neighbouring businesses and customer access.


Our Solution

Rokjet was appointed to carry out a comprehensive external clean of the site ahead of the restaurant’s opening.

Using high-pressure superheated water, our team removed chewing gum, staining and surface contamination from the public footpaths and entrance steps, restoring a clean and professional appearance.

We also carried out targeted cleaning of the staff parking area and a deep clean and sanitisation of the bin store areas to improve hygiene and site presentation.

All works were delivered early morning, ensuring zero disruption to the public and allowing the restaurant to open with a clean, welcoming exterior.
